The Fifth Annual "A Taste of Wall Street" Monday, May 15, 2006

The fifth annual "A Taste of Wall Street" was held on the 45th floor of 7 World Trade Center and offered tempting tastes from Lower Manhattan's finest restaurants.  Holding the event at this beautiful new building at the World Trade Center site helped to illustrate the importance of rebuilding Lower Manhattan.

The Fourth Annual "A Taste of Wall Street" Wednesday, November 17, 2004
This fantastic culinary event attracted 70 New York City restaurants, purveyors and wine companies who donated tempting tastes of their finest foods, wines, champagnes, chocolates, pastries and beverages. The silent auction featured unique items such as a one of a kind Diane von Furstenberg dress made specifically for Wall Street Rising's contemporary art exhibition Art Downtown: Connecting Collections and tickets to the Tribeca Film Festival's red carpet premiere and after party

The Third Annual "A Taste of Wall Street" Tuesday, September 30, 2003
The third annual “A Taste of Wall Street” was the largest to date with 70 restaurants and food and beverage purveyors hosting tasting stations. Held in the Regent Wall Street Ballroom, over 800 people gathered to enjoy delicious dishes from some of the area’s best restaurants while showing support for the Downtown community.

The Second Annual "A Taste of Wall Street" Monday, November 18, 2002
“A Taste Of Wall Street” was a fantastic evening of food, wine and live entertainment set in one of New York’s most magnificent locations, The Regent Wall Street Ballroom. This exceptional event was an inspiring confirmation by many of the finest representatives of New York City’s Food & Beverage and Hospitality industries that they are committed to Lower Manhattan and willing to support the revitalization efforts. “A Taste of Wall Street” was a benefit for Wall Street Rising.

Great food and drink was provided by some of New York’s top restaurants!  Participating restaurants included:  Danube, fresh, Bouley, Sushi Samba, Le Zinc, Industry, Layla, Artisanal, Bull Run, Capsouto Freres and many more!

 

A Taste of Wall Street Tuesday, December 4, 2001

A benefit held on December 4, 2001 at The Regent Hotel Wall Street Ballroom. More than 50 tasting stations featuring marvelous culinary treats and beverages were donated by prominent New York restaurants, beverage companies and purveyors. Emceed by CNBC anchor Maria Bartiromo, the event was attended by over 1,200 people including numerous New York City luminaries such as Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Manhattan Borough President C. Virginia Fields and many of New York City's bravest firefighters and police officers.
