I did some reading and I was shocked to learn about how poor the quality of air is inside our homes. The average American spends much more time indoors than outdoors, and we always hear complaints about out door air pollution. So that should scare us all and tell us something! I decided to buy an ionic air purifier to help keep my kids safe from harm. There is lots of competition on the market for these devices so I decided to go with a middle range unit. It’s not the most expensive, but not the cheapest, and it has a lifetime warranty so I feel good about that. On another note, I’m debating what to cook for dinner tonight. It’s a toss up between taco salad and macaroni and cheese – home made of course. I am trying to eat healthier but I think both of these recipes fail that test!
